A staffing brand built for every state it operates in
Uniiited's roster of open roles had quietly gone national — Ohio, Alabama, Florida, California, Wisconsin, plus traveling field roles — but the site and job board still read Michigan-only, undercutting how far the business had actually grown.

How we got our bearings.
Audit
The open-roles list no longer matched the story the homepage was telling.
Positioning
We broadened 'Michigan's staffing partner' to 'America's,' matching the real footprint without losing the local, hands-on tone.
Content pass
The placeholder roles grid was replaced with the real, current multi-state openings — by state and by role.
Platform plan
Uniiited joined the same shared Bullhorn-powered job board as our other staffing clients, filtered to just their categorized roles.
The thinking behind the build.
We rewrote the site's positioning around its real national footprint, replaced placeholder content with the actual roles and locations the team is hiring for, and connected a live job board filtered to Uniiited's own Bullhorn job categories — no separate account needed.
